Home Buyers Checklist

1.  Did the particular sales representative listen properly and understand my questions and any concerns I had?

2.  Did the representative seem knowledgable about the real estate market?

3.  Do you have access to proof of a good reputation of the sales representative? (ie. tesimonials, letters of recommendation, etc).

4.  Are my needs being documented and how much of a guarantee am I going to have of them?

5.  Had their been no hesitation for the sales representative to show me around the property?

6.  Did I sense any hesitations at all when the representative was answering my questions?

7.  If I go through with it, how much control am I going to have of the process?

8.  If any, which real estate area of expertise do you focus on? (ie: luxury homes, first-time buyers, etc).

9.  Are you willing to cater to financing alternatives according to the best payment plan for me?

10.  What costs will be involved and how is this payment system going to work?
